As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Coach, I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families. My practice concentrates on the treatment of anxiety and depression, stress management, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, overcoming fear, personal growth, and allergy elimination.

Working together we will develop a plan for effective change in your life. While individuals often turn to friends and family when they hit an obstacle in life, those people may not be objective about the situation. As a trained therapist and coach, I am able to see and hear critical information that laypeople often miss. While in the middle of a crisis, individuals often lose perspective of the situation and create false narratives. I can assist you in seeing new perspectives, eliminating false and negative thoughts, and enabling positive change to occur. We will work together in a nonjudgmental environment of objectivity, compassion and deep listening.
